I found a recipe for butterscotch oatmeal cookies on Allrecipes.com today... I was in the mood for some butterscotch and we happened to have some. It was disastrous! Almost all the cookies fell apart and didn't bake right in the middle.
So I crumbled the destroyed ones into granola, spread the unused dough into a pie plate, and let the cookies cool re-a-ally well before moving them to a plate.
Tada! Oatmeal cookies 3 ways! But I still wouldn't recommend the recipe. Too much work for the results.
