Mrs. Danielle loaned me a book called Preparing to be a Help Meet, the "prequel" to Created to be His Help Meet. Both are written by Debi Pearl (she and her husband wrote the No Greater Joy series). Some things I'm enjoying in this book, and obviously some things I don't agree with. I learned pretty early on where some of her ideas stemmed from - she was always referring to her Baptist-ness. But truly, once you get past the erroneous logic of some chapters, it was a very good book. It expounded maybe a little too much on the three different kinds of men and women (it was a little boring reading about men for that long), but it was interesting up to a point. So, my review of this book will be: read it. Enjoy it. But take it with a grain of salt. She has a lot of good, wholesome things to say, but be forewarned that some ideas are not Scriptural. I would recommend this book for ages 13+ based on some of the content.
The one thing I do not like about this font is that you can't see any of the punctuation!
